How much time does aalpha NET takes to register a domain once I make the Payment ?
The moment we recieve the payment, the domain is booked (3 minutes maximum). But the domain name will take 24 - 48 hrs to resolve through and appear in the WHOIS.

How much time does aalpha NET takes to setup Webspace and FTP once I make the Payment ?
The moment we recieve the payment, Webspace is setup and FTP Details are mailed (automated). You can upload the files immediately once you recieve these details and setup POP3 mail boxes through control panel.

Ok..now I have recieved the Cp, FTP details. How to setup my email, how to upload files.
Store the FTP, CP details in a safer place as they are sensitive info. To setup emails, you have to login to the Control panel with the username/password we have provided.

To upload files, you can use our Web Based File manager in the control panel or any FTP Client. We advice you to use any FTP client so that the process is fast. A lot of Free FTP Programs are available @ http://www.download.com
